2. Eligibility
You must be at least 13 years old to use the Platform. Business accounts must be created by authorized representatives.
3. User Responsibilities
- Provide accurate information during registration.
- Use the Platform only for lawful purposes related to food content and ordering.
- Do not upload misleading, inappropriate, or copyrighted content without permission.
4. Content Guidelines
- Only food-related videos and content are permitted.
- We reserve the right to remove content that violates our policies.
- UGC must be authentic and respect community guidelines.
5. Orders and Transactions
- Orders are for pickup only at this stage.
- Kitchenara is not responsible for restaurant service or food quality.
- Payment disputes should be handled directly with the restaurant unless otherwise agreed.
6. Rights and Ownership
- Users own the content they upload.
- By uploading, you grant Kitchenara a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, display, and promote your content.
- Brands and influencers agree that any submitted media may be used for promotional purposes.
7. Termination
We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms without notice.
8. Modifications
Kitchenara reserves the right to update these Terms at any time. Users will be notified of significant changes.
